An Isle of Wight man is cycling 1600 miles on his very own Mini Tour De France.
Ian Gregory sets off on his challenge today (Monday).
Ian is himself battling the chronic pain disorder Fibromyalgia, eight damaged discs in his spine, Arthritis and Tempro-mandibular dysfunction disorder.
He is attempting seven of the official stages of this year’s cycle route, taking in seven countries over around 20 days.
He fitted in some training at the Isle of Wight Festival, racking up more than 750 miles on a turbo trainer, to raise money and awareness for Prostate Cancer UK and Men United.
