First Line Support Person This is a varied role that involves working on the support desk in our Newport office. Within the office environment you will be involved in telephone and direct remote customer support. The successful candidates will have an interest and preferably a qualification in I.T. Experience in software and hardware products is preferred but full training will be given to the right candidate. Flexibility within the working week is essential as you will be expected to work some evenings and weekends on a rota basis however this is rewarded within our remuneration packages.
