High tides have caused coastal areas to flood this morning (Monday). UPDATE: The Floating Bridge came back into operation at 1:30pm
The Environment Agency issued a flood warning for coastal areas of the Isle of Wight for this morning.
Gurnard seafront flooded at around 11am and the water was high at Cowes, causing the chain ferry to be suspended until around 1pm.
The chain ferry has since resumed for pedestrians prepared to take their shoes and socks off.
Yarmouth has also been affected by the high tides.
