The scheme is open for comments through the Isle of Wight Council’s website and you can have your say until 28 October.

The development is proposed for 35 acres of land at Rosemary Vineyard, Sharon Orchard and Trotters.

Developer RST Development Ltd wants to create a mix of housing (including some that is affordable) along with some self-build plots.
