A former Isle of Wight Businessman has been found guilty on all charges relating to a BHS pension scheme.

Dominic Chappell, who bought BHS for one pound in 2015 – has been found guilty on all three charges of failing to provide information to the Pensions Regulator.

The 51-year-old’s been giving evidence in court in Brighton this week. He denies the accusations against him.

He’s a former director of Island Harbour, which now has new management.

Chappell will be sentenced in Winchester on Friday 19 January.
