Ben set off from Cowes and arrived at Le Harve yesterday (Saturday), and is today (Sunday) beginning the long walk along the River Seine, with the aim of reaching the Eiffel Tower next Sunday (6).

Ben and his team of four friends are taking on the 275km in aid of Isle of Wight charity, Layla’s Trust.

Trustee Sarah Leahy said:

“I followed Ben’s last walk and thought it was absolutely fantastic, and saw how much money he raised. So when he got in touch with us at Layla’s Trust and said “I want to do it again, and I want to do it for you guys” we were absolutely ecstatic. We couldn’t believe such an amazing opportunity was coming our way.”
