The beach soccer season continues on the Isle of Wight this weekend.
Teams from across the country are descending on Appley for the men’s and women’s Beach Soccer Super Cups tomorrow (Saturday).
The tournament will be played in a World Cup format with qualifying teams going head to head in a knockout phase before a grand finale on the same day.
Fourteen teams will be taking part, featuring 60 women and 80 men, including four-time Island winners Sandown Sociedad, as well as teams from Portsmouth, Eastleigh and London.
Matches start at 9am and run throughout the day, with the women’s final taking place at 4pm, the men’s at 4.30pm.
