Isle of Wight Radio is launching the Best in Business Awards 2018 to celebrate all that is great about local businesses on the Isle of Wight.
With categories recognising Customer Service, Hospitality, Family Business and Tradespeople the awards will
showcase the breadth of entrepreneurship on the Island and businesses of all shapes and sizes are being invited to enter nominations
Nominations are now open and Islanders are being urged to nominate themselves or their favourite local businesses.
Two of the categories winners will be decided by the Island with a public vote in September.

HTP Apprenticeship College has been revealed as the main sponsor of the inaugural awards. Announcing the sponsorship deal, HTP’s Chief Executive and Principal Rachael Randall said, “HTP is delighted to be the main sponsor of these new business awards. The awards give us an exciting opportunity to recognise and celebrate the achievements of businesses from across the Island in a wide range of occupational sectors.

On launching the awards Isle of Wight Radio’s Managing Director Claire Willis said; “We wanted to host an event that celebrates the very best in Island business no matter what size or field.
