The support for the closed Ryde Arena is as strong as ever.
Today (Saturday) hundreds gathered outside the building on the Esplanade and joined hands to send a clear message to landlord AEW UK that the fight goes on.
It is two years since the arena was suddenly closed, leaving community groups, ice skating and ice hockey teams homeless.
Isle of Wight MP, Bob Seely and Ryde Councillor, Wayne Whittle, were also there to show their support.
Campaigner, Cameron Palin,said:
”The fight for Ryde Arena goes on. The support for the rink is as strong as it has ever been!”
