David Austin and Graeme Lacey have teamed up to produce the video which highlights the importance of speaking to someone if you think you – or someone you know – is suffering from mental health issues.

The powerful film shows a man, played by David, struggling with his daily routine wile suffering from depression.

The pair want to raise awareness about anxiety, stress and depression in men.

Graeme said:

“Dave and I are proud to release this short film about depression.

“In creating this film we aim to raise the already increasing awareness of mental health issues and it is our sincere hope that anyone who is going through a similar experience will be encouraged and not feel like they cannot reach out for help.

“Someone is always just a phone call away.”
