Isle of Wight tourist attractions, Blackgang Chine and Robin Hill, are open late during the school summer holidays with an exciting line up of shows and entertainment.
Summer vibes are heading to Blackgang Chine Every Monday, Wednesday and now Fridays from the July 20 to September 1.
The park opens from 10am and there’ll be workshops, entertainers, live shows and meet and greets with our resident characters. Don’t miss the ‘live’ Cowboy Showdown; we’re talking ‘real’ shoot outs and ‘live’ explosives. When the town eventually calms down, why not take some time out and have a go at wild west dancing! Yee-haw!
As the sun sets, Pirate Cove will transform into one giant dance floor with a live DJ, party atmosphere, bubble machines and plenty of excitement to keep the children (and adults!) dancing all evening!
If you missed the opportunity to see Point Blank at Wild West Week then do not panic, because they are back this summer with their incredibly dangerous Point Blank Stunt show which will keep you on the edge of your seat! Be prepared for whip-cracking and knife-throwing stunts.
The cheeky circus pirates’ debut at Blackgang Chine
You may recognise these two cheeky pirates, as they journey to Blackgang Chine from our sister park Robin Hill to take over Pirate Cove. Expect a hilarious and dangerous street act as they debut at Big Night Out this summer.
Epic Firework Finale
To bring your day to a spectacular end, Blackgang’s epic musical firework extravaganza, set off from the cliff edge is back and is set to be an incredible spectacle!

A majestic life-sized African animal puppets including Annie the giraffe, Jabi the zebra and Lenny the lion are all making their annual migration back to the park in time for dinner as Feeding Time returns for more interactive family fun! As they feed down at the Woodland Pond watering hole, you’ll be struck by the feeling of being lost deep in a jungle paradise.
Plus, there will be live music, character meet and greets and special jungle-themed performances… so you can enjoy a truly wild evening at Robin Hill.
Brightsparks are back!
It’s just what you’ve all been waiting for… the epic Fire Extravaganza that wowed crowds last summer returns with a show bigger and better than ever as the Two Cheeky Monkeys will light up the Woodland Amphitheatre yet again…you won’t want to miss this!

In addition to the party down at the Woodland Ponds, visitors will be treated to the epic brand-new show from Brightsparks! Different to the daytime Jungle Fever show on Tuesdays & Thursdays, the Two Cheeky Monkeys will present their new show, Flaming Risque!
