The first homes in a new development at the old Wight City site in Sandown have gone up for sale.
Plans for the 47-home Breakwaters development at Culver Parade were approved by the Isle of Wight Council in May 2018.
They included a mix of two, three and four-bedroom flats and houses, as well as 69 parking spaces.
Work began in June last year at the site, which will include space for small-scale eateries and cafes to cater for residents and visitors.
Estate agent Hose Rhodes Dickson is advertising two-bedroom penthouse apartments for £425,000, three-bedroom houses for £285,000 and five-bedroom houses for £575,000.
The application for Breakwaters was submitted by Andrew White Planning Consultancy on behalf of Clemens and Tanner Ltd.
The council is currently dealing with matters around conditions attached to the application — such as drainage and sewage plans.
Island Roads and Southern Water have been consulted.
