Three staff members, who have each worked at Hovertravel for ten years, have been recognised by the company.
Loretta Lale, Head of Commercial at Hovertravel, said:

“Julie, Terri and Chris have a combined 30 years of experience which they utilise every day to ensure Hovertravel provides a safe, reliable service for both customers and their fellow team members.”
Terri Frost started as a Hovertravel Handling Agent and progressed through assistant supervisor and supervisor roles to become one of Hovertravel’s three Duty Managers. Terri has also successfully qualified as crew.
Chris Davies also joined as a Hovertravel Handling Agent and was promoted in a similar way to become Team Leader. Chris is also qualified to act as crew onboard the hovercraft.
Julie Horrocks initially joined the Commercial Team where she took on the role of business development and built a network of partnerships with other transport operators and attractions.
In 2018, Julie became Head of Ground Operations where she is responsible for the day-to-day operation of Hovertravel.
Hovertravel employs 85 staff in total.
