Outline plans for forty houses at Palmers Farm in Wootton are recommended for conditional permission.
The plans for a site off Brocks Copse Road are due before the Isle of Wight’s planning councillors tonight (Tuesday).
The meeting gets underway at County Hall at 4pm.
