Two Isle of Wight mums have taken over the running of Newport’s JR Zone.
Kate Holbrook and Sandra Knowles are the new directors of the children’s activity play centre on Manners View.
The pair have five young children between them – two girls and three boys – and have first-hand experience in various entertainment centres.
Kate is planning to bring her experience of the world class centres she visited when bringing up her girls in Dubai:
“While it’s clearly essential to deliver a first class experience for the children, it’s equally important to deliver that first class experience to the parents. It will be my focus to make JR Zone a place parents are as keen to visit as their children.”
Sandra says she is extremely excited to bring her experience of successfully growing and running another Island company into a new business sector.
“I have so many ideas of how to enhance the JR Zone experience for everyone, I can’t wait to get stuck in.”
The pair said that things will continue to operate as normal in the immediate future and customers can look forward to a year of progressive change and improvements.
