We are recruiting for a Software Support Technician due to current team members progressing to other areas of the company.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a software support technician to provide first class support for the ICRTouch suite of products, which will involve liaising with our Partner network rather than end users.
A good understanding of PCs and PC software is a must, no previous EPoS software experience is necessary. However the following would be seen as an advantage:
- Experience using EPoS in a hospitality environment, particularly at management level.
- Previous experience of ICRTouch EPoS software.
- Experience or interest of User Interface testing.
