Cowes Lifeboat has been mobilised for a second time in 24 hours today (Wednesday).
Teams were scrambled to a yacht that had broken down close to the mouth of Beaulieu River.
It comes just hours after the lifeboat and HM Coastguard were stood down after searching for the rider of a jet ski found off Ryde.
The 25-foot yacht suffered engine failure and was towed by the lifeboat to Gins Farm.
