Officers issued more than 30 tickets to law-breaking motorists on the Isle of Wight yesterday (Thursday).
A total of 32 tickets were distributed, with an additional six informal road safety interactions.
Law-breaking acts included 13 seatbelt offences, two altered exhaust offences, one speeding offence, and a single use of a mobile phone while driving.
A spokesperson for Hampshire Constabulary said:
"Mainland roads policing officers joined their Island colleagues for a road safety operation that we’ve run regularly over the last two years.
"One area of interest for our officers is making sure there’s not speeding or ASB on the Military Road. Our officers on two wheels have also been engaging with the motorbike community as part of the operation."
