Officers conducted a warrant at a flat on East Hill Road in Ryde this morning (Wednesday).
The search was carried out as part of an operation into the supply of Class A drugs.
Officers confirmed the flat was empty and no arrests have been made.
A Hampshire Constabulary spokesperson said:
"This is part of an ongoing operation to tackle the supply of Class A Drugs on the Isle of Wight, and this morning’s work is being carried out jointly between the Ryde Neighbourhoods Policing Team, Response and Patrol team D Shift, and the JOU Dogs and ARV teams.
"The property was empty when police arrived and no arrests have been made."
