A 19 year old has been receiving treatment after being injured during a crash on the Middle Road on Saturday.
Emergency teams including the Hampshire & Isle of Wight Fire and Rescue Service went to the stretch of road between Freshwater and Newport at just after 11pm.
It's understood two other 19 year olds were also injured.
The road reopened early on Sunday.
