A woman suffered a cut to her head following a suspected assault in Wootton last night (Sunday).
A woman in her 40s has been arrested on suspicion of wounding without intent.
Hampshire Constabulary says it was called to an address at Wootton Lodge at 7.45pm.
A spokesperson said:
"During the incident, a woman sustained a cut to her head which required hospital treatment, but this is not deemed serious."
A woman detained, remains in custody today (Monday).
