TV legend, Bobby Ball, has died, after recently testing positive for coronavirus.
He was most famous for being one half of the 80s hit comedy show Cannon and Ball.
He was 76 and his manager says he'd recently tested positive for Covid-19.
The statement from Ball's manager, Phil Dale, said:
"Bobby had been taken to the hospital for tests as he started with breathing problems.
"At first it was thought to be a chest infection but a test proved positive for COVID-19."
His on-screen partner Tommy Cannon has called him a "good friend" adding he was "devastated" at the news.
In later life, he appeared on "I'm a Celebrity", and the sitcoms "Not Going Out" and "Mount Pleasant".
He also starred in The Cockfields, which was filmed on the Island and aired on Gold last November.
He was tipped to feature in series two.
A statement on behalf of Ball's wife Yvonne, his family and his long-time comedy partner Tommy Cannon said he passed away at Blackpool Victoria Hospital on Wednesday evening at around 9.30pm.
