Bring a teddy bear and children can get a free train ride at the Isle of Wight Steam Railway for one day next month (October).
William the Station Master Bear is making all the rules at Teddy Bear Day on Saturday (15).
Children arriving at the Railway on this day will get to travel on the train for FREE when they bring along their favourite teddy to travel with them.
The Railway’s General Manager Steve Backhouse said:
“Teddy Bear Day is proving a popular event with our younger visitors and it’s a great way of introducing them to the Steam Railway in a fun, family friendly day out."
He continued:
"With everyone feeling the pinch of the rise in the cost of living at the moment this is a great day out that will cost less.”
Kids go free on October 15 when accompanied by a teddy bear (maximum of 2 free children per fare paying adult).
