An Isle of Wight driver with no license and no insurance has been arrested for drug-driving.
They remain in custody.
Their car is one of two seized by police officers so far today (Tuesday).
Another car was taken away after the driver was found to have no insurance.
Both vehicles have been picked up and towed by Bartletts.
