Emergency services helped rescue a patient from Tennyson Down.
The Needles Coastguard Rescue Team worked with the Isle of Wight Ambulance Service to evacuate a casualty yesterday (Thursday).
The person was transferred to an ambulance after a quarter mile stretcher carry, with assistance from Ventnor Coastguard Rescue Team.
Crews left the scene shortly after 3.30pm.
