BREAKING: Cash has allegedly been stolen from washing machines at a launderette in Shanklin.
Posting on Facebook, Chapel Laundry, said its Shanklin shop was targeted yesterday afternoon (Sunday), shortly before 3.30pm.
It's claimed that cash boxes from four of the machines were broken into and money taken from the facility on Clarendon Road.
They have shared CCTV images and a video of two men they believe to be involved in the incident.

Anyone with information is asked to contact the launderette, or call police on 101.

*A police spokesperson said:
"We have received a report of a theft which took place at Chapel Laundry Services on Clarendon Road, Shanklin.
"Police were told that at around 3.30pm on Sunday 21 August, two men entered the launderette and stole money from washing machine cash boxes.
"Enquiries are ongoing."
