Jay Miller's Circus has told Islanders it will return to its usual spot in Whippingham this summer, despite delays due to wet weather.
In a Facebook post to fans, the popular travelling circus said the grass was currently too wet to cut, but dates will be confirmed as soon as the ground owner has given the go ahead.
The circus has been visiting the Island since 1988 and is a popular summer holiday attraction for Islanders and tourists.
Last year, the site next to the Racecourse Roundabout remained empty due to Covid restrictions — but many Islanders have been looking forward to its return.
Jay Miller's Circus said on Facebook:
"Isle of Wight, one thing is for sure...we will be with you this summer! Keep watching this space!"
