Coastguard teams were called to reports of a cliff fall in Shanklin.
Ventnor Coastguard Rescue Team was called to Horseshoe Ledge shortly before 8pm last night (Thursday).
The fall was witnessed by members of the public who raised the alarm.
No-one was injured.
Police also attended.
Ventnor Coastguard said:
"We have been called to this same location a lot this year as the falls keep happening which shows how unstable the cliff is.
"Please don’t go near the area to where the cliff is falling for your own safety."
