Another person has died at St Mary's Hospital having contracted COVID-19.
The latest death was recorded on Saturday (16), NHS England data shows.
It takes the total number of hospital deaths on the Island, linked to the illness, to 142.
In total, 266 people have now died on the Isle of Wight after testing positive for the illness.
Since the start of the pandemic, there have been a total of 124 deaths in the community here.
The Island's rolling seven-day case rate, per 100,000 population, is 11.3, down from Saturday's figure of 16.
The UK's average as of Sunday (8) is 69 per 100,000.
