One more person has died after testing positive for coronavirus on the Isle of Wight.
The Office for National Statistics (ONS) has published its weekly data this morning (Tuesday).
According to the figures, one person died at home in the week of January 29, 2021.
Since the start of the pandemic, there have been a total of 130 deaths in the community here.
116 of those have come in care homes and 10 at home.
There has also been one COVID-19 related death at the Island's hospice, one in a 'other communal setting' and two 'elsewhere' in the community.
In total, 279 people have now died on the Isle of Wight after testing positive for the illness. St Mary's Hospital has recorded 149 of those deaths.
Yesterday (Monday), one new case was confirmed in the Isle of Wight.
