Another four people have died at St Mary's Hospital on the Isle of Wight having contracted COVID-19.
In total, 229 people have now died on the Isle of Wight after testing positive for the illness.
St Mary's Hospital has recorded 136 of those deaths.
One person passed away at the hospital on Tuesday (9) and three died on Wednesday (10), NHS England figures show.
Earlier this week Isle of Wight Radio revealed how care home figures deaths had also increased.
Since the start of the pandemic, figures show 88 coronavirus-related deaths have occurred in care homes, four at home and one at the Island's hospice.
Another 16 cases of coronavirus were recorded on the Isle of Wight yesterday (Thursday).
The Isle of Wight's rolling coronavirus rate continues to remain below the national average, however.
Today's figures are expected to be published later.
