The Isle of Wight has recorded its lowest daily rise in coronavirus cases so far this year.
And just months after registering one of the country's highest case rates, the Island now ranks the 12th lowest on the list.
Another two positive results have been registered in today's (Monday's) total.
The previous yearly low came last Tuesday (16), when three cases were recorded.
The seven day rate, per 100,000 people, has fallen below 50 for the first time in months.
It now stands at 49.4, and remains below the UK's rolling seven-day average of 119.
Since the start of the pandemic, there have been 6,619 positive cases on the Isle of Wight.
In total, 261 people have now died on the Isle of Wight after testing positive for the illness.
