Nearly 300 under 18s on the Isle of Wight are now fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
And just 804 under 18s have had their first jab, latest NHS England figures reveal.
In the week to August 15, 2,228 people on the Island had their second dose of a vaccine, with just 640 having their first dose.
A total of 97,220 second doses have been handed out here.
Looking at population estimates from the Office of National Statistics, it means almost 81 per cent of the Island’s 120,425 16 and overs are now fully vaccinated against the virus.
While 88 per cent of 16 and overs - or 106,535 people - have had their first dose. In total, there have been 203,755 jabs given.
Yesterday (Thursday), the Island recorded another 93 cases of the virus.
It came on the same day that St Mary's Hospital closed seven outpatient wards due to a so-called rise in COVID patients.
As of Wednesday (18) - the latest data available - the hospital had nine COVID patients.
