Another person has died on the Isle of Wight, after testing positive for Covid-19.
The latest death was confirmed at Newport's St Mary's Hospital.
The person died on Tuesday (November 30) after contracting the virus.
It means 196 Islanders have now died in hospital after testing positive for Covid since March 2020.
An additional 147 community deaths mean the toll now stands at 343.
The Isle of Wight recorded 118 positive cases of the virus yesterday (Wednesday), with the next daily update released at around 4pm today.
