The death of a 62-year-old woman in Bembridge, discovered yesterday (Sunday), is not being treated as suspicious.
At around 3.20pm yesterday afternoon, officers attended an address on Copse Butt.
A spokesperson for Hampshire and Isle of Wight Constabulary said:
"The death is not being treated as suspicious.
"A file is being prepared for the coroner."
