“Our colleagues from the Newport neighbourhood team completed some house to house visits to explain to the neighbours why we were there, offer some reassurance - and apologise for the noise!

“If you have information about drug use and drug dealing tell us - the more you tell us the more we can do! The information officers see, once it has been processed, will not have your name on. None of us will know where it has come from, be assured of that!

“You may not always see an immediate response to something you report but we do look at all intelligence submitted - there are some reports that need some development before we can act on it.

“How to tell us - you call come into the station and speak to someone face to face, report it over the phone/online or contact Crimestoppers anonymously at 0800 555 111 or visit https://orlo.uk/2yUtW
