Firefighters have been called back to the scene of a barn fire in Ashey.
Crews were called back to Ashey Road last night (Thursday) after straw in the barn reignited, following Monday's (Aug 30) large fire.
Firefighters, using the Bronto Skylift, attacked the fire from above after a change in wind direction.
Crews used main jets and breathing apparatus to dampen down the affected area and prevent any further spread of fire.
Due to the wind direction and risk to further property, we are now attacking the barn fire from above using H74A1 @bronto_skylift @HantsIOW_fire @IWFRSRYDE @Bluewatch_Ryde pic.twitter.com/Rtc3BLcGZo
