A teenager trapped in a car park led to a call-out for firefighters this afternoon (Monday).
Two appliances from Newport were called to Pyle Street at 2.55pm.
Hampshire and Isle of Wight Fire and Rescue says a teen was 'locked' in the multi-storey car park.
Firefighters were able to successfully free the person.
The road was blocked for a time but has since reopened.
