French Franks To Reopen For Takeaways Later This Month

French Franks has revealed it will be reopening its outlets for takeaways later this month, due to the decrease in coronavirus cases on the Isle of Wight.

Premises in Union Street, Ryde, St Cross Business Park, Newport and The Arcade, Cowes will reopen their doors on February 17.

Strict COVID protocols will be in place, with only take-outs available.

Posting on Facebook, the company said:

"Now things are back at a low level and improving we are planning a cautious re-opening from Tuesday 17th Feb In Ryde, St Cross Business Park Newport and Cowes. It will be take out only, plus click 'n' collect in Ryde and Apex.

"As before Christmas, we are well set up with COVID secure layouts and practices. Initially, for for both staff and customer protection, we will be further reducing numbers allowed in store at a time and we will be card payment only."

The Newport town centre store will be reopening next month after refurbishment works are completed.
