Teams were called to the fire off the track halfway between The Causeway and Yarmouth.
Islanders are once again being asked to refrain from lighting fires in the countryside and 'respect our beautiful Island'.
Just yesterday (Monday) a warning was issued after crews were called to a BBQ blaze, as previously reported.
