Island Line services are once again suspended today (Tuesday).
South Western Railway says a problem is under investigation.
Disruption is expected until the end of the day.
A bus replacement service will operate between Shanklin and Ryde.
It comes less than a week before major improvement works take place on the line.
It will be closed from Monday, January 4 until March 31.
As Isle of Wight Radio previously reported, the Island will welcome new trains as part of a £26 million investment.
