International music star Alexandru Manciu is to appear at MAD-Aid’s Annual Summer Gala at Rookley Village Hall on Saturday (June 24).
The event will have a family friendly festival-like vibe and Alex will join the Fusion Party Band, who are also starring at this charity event, as well as popular Isle of Wight magician, Huxley.
Alex, of Moldova’s Got Talent and Eurovision fame, will wow the crowds with his powerful voice and skilful violin playing.
He has released a wide range of songs, including cheese drenched track "Holiday", which you can hear/watch here:
The annual summer gala, now in its second year, is from 5pm to midnight and will include a children’s area with face-painting, bouncy castle, and other fun activities.
The MAD-Aid Horsebox Bar will be offering a choice of cocktails, and there will be wine, beer, cider, soft drinks and a range of food with English and Moldovan influences.
There is a raffle and charity auction as well.
