Those attending Isle of Wight Festival 2021 will need to prove they've had both doses of a coronavirus vaccine, or show a negative COVID test.
With less than 50 days to go until this year's event, details of entry requirements have been released.
Organisers say "everyone is welcome" at Seaclose Park in September.
Liam Gallagher, Duran Duran, David Guetta, Snow Patrol and Tom Jones are among the acts set to line-up at this year's Isle of Wight Festival.
Revellers aged 11 or over will have to provide details of their COVID-19 status. This can be done the following ways:
- Proof of full COVID-19 vaccination with second doses received at least 14 days before your arrival OR
- Proof of a negative NHS COVID-19 Lateral Flow Test (LFT) taken within 72 hours of your arrival OR
- Proof of natural immunity based upon a positive PCR test taken within 180 days of the performance (including 10 days self-isolation following the result). Your positive result must be logged in the NHS app.
NHS COVID Passes must be shown upon arrival at Seaclose Park. Organisers say this can be done via a phone or printed.
Attendees can also provide evidence of a negative NHS Lateral Flow Test by reporting the result here, and presenting your NHS email or text notification at the entry gates.
Proof of a negative NHS Lateral Flow Test will remain valid for 72 hours from the time you took the test.
It means only those who arrive at the festival on the Thursday will need to re-test on site, and upload their second test results here.
The Isle of Wight Festival isn't the first major event to introduce the measures. Latitude Festival also used the double jab and negative test system.
The event, attended by 40,000 people, went ahead at full capacity between July 22 and 25 as part of the government's event research programme.
Liam Gallagher, Duran Duran, David Guetta, Snow Patrol and Tom Jones are among the acts set to line-up at this year's Isle of Wight Festival.
It returns to Seaclose Park between September 16 and 19.
