Three-year-old Eden from Sandown is on day five of a mammoth challenge to ride 100 miles in 100 days - on his trusty steed Lego.
Eden - who only started riding in August - is taking on the ‘hackathon’ challenge with 22-year-old pony, Lego during the lockdown.
Speaking to Isle of Wight Radio, Eden’s Mum Kelly said:
“Because there isn’t a lot to do it was something to get us motivated and out the house and to do some daily exercise. He also loves horses.
She added:
“Eden isn’t allowed to see any other children so he is pretty bored and lonely. Just going down the yard - even if he doesn’t ride - he just runs around talking to the horses and feeding them carrots - he loves it.”
Eden and Lego have already raised £500 for charity Brooke, which supports working horses and donkeys all over the world.
