The latest gaggle of restaurants, bakeries, shops and food-producing outlets have all been inspected since the start of the year.
The Food Hygiene Ratings see eateries judged by the Isle of Wight Council’s environmental hygiene inspectors on how clean the establishment is, what conditions are like, how hygienic the food handling is and the food safety management procedures in place.
They are rated on a scale, produced by the Foods Standards Agency, ranging from 0 ‘Urgent Improvement Necessary’ to 5 ‘Very Good’.
