A man has been arrested after allegedly assaulting staff at Nodes Point Holiday Park.
Officers were called to the park in St Helen's at 9.18pm last night (Wednesday).
A Hampshire Constabulary spokesperson said:
"We were called at 9.18pm with reports of a public order incident at Nodes Point Holiday Park.
"It was reported that a man became abusive and assaulted members of staff, before being restrained.
"Police attended and arrested a 39-year-old man from Kent on suspicion of common assault and using threatening/abusive words/behaviour to cause harassment, alarm or distress.
"He remains in custody at this time."
