McDonald's has run out of milkshakes and bottled drinks.
The fast food chain is facing a national supply shortage - which is also affecting stores on the Isle of Wight in Newport and Ryde.
McDonald's's said that low stock distribution has affected the availability of milkshakes and bottled drinks - which are also out of stock at 1,250 outlets across England, Scotland and Wales.
It's thought a lack of lorry drivers is to blame.
A spokesperson for McDonald’s said:
“Like most retailers, we are currently experiencing some supply chain issues, impacting the availability of a small number of products.
“Bottled drinks and milkshakes are temporarily unavailable in restaurants across England, Scotland and Wales.
“We apologise for any inconvenience, and thank our customers for their continued patience.”
McDonald's is also axing garlic cheese bites, BBQ quarter pounders with cheese (both single and double sizes), McSpicy, Twix McFlurries and Mars McFlurries. The six items were on the limited edition menu, and today (Tuesday) is the last chance to bag them.
