More heavy rain is forecast to hit the Isle of Wight, with the Met Office and the IW Met Service issuing new weather warnings.
A Met Office yellow warning ends at 1pm today (Tuesday), but another will be in force from 1pm tomorrow, until 6am on Thursday.
The Met Office said:
"Following heavy showers on Wednesday, a band of heavy rain will move north-eastwards on Wednesday evening, followed by further heavy showers overnight.
"Around 15 to 25 mm rain is likely to fall widely, with 30 to 40 mm in a few places over a 12-hour period. With the ground already saturated, this may lead to some flooding. Strong winds are also likely, with gusts 40 to 50 mph possible along coasts."
Meanwhile, the IW Met Service said winds could reach up to 60mph in parts, accompanied by several spells of torrential rain, until Thursday morning.
A number of roads are closed due to flooding on the Island today.
