New Cleanliness Ratings Released For Island Easting Establishments

Sunday, 24 September 2023 06:00

By Louise Hill, Local Democracy Reporter

Inspectors have been busy over the summer months rating Isle of Wight hotels, cafes and restaurants for their cleanliness - see the results here.

Each food-producing or storing business on the Island is inspected by environmental health officers from the Isle of Wight Council, checking to see how hygienic facilities and conditions are as well as food handling practices and procedures.

Eateries are then ranked from zero (the worst) to five (the best).
