Another 24 students have been told to stay home after a new case of coronavirus was confirmed at Christ the King College.
10 adults are also self-isolating, according to the Isle of Wight Council.
A council spokesperson said:
"A member of Christ the King community has tested positive for Covid-19.
"Public health has offered advice and consequently 24 students and 10 adults need to self-isolate until 20th December 2020, as a precautionary measure, and high-quality remote learning will be provided for the children throughout this time.
"The school remains open for all other staff and students."
It is the fourth case to have been confirmed at the school.
